About the Service

Online Food Ordering Platform provides a commission-free, all-in-one platform enabling restaurants to:

  • Manage online orders (pickup, dine-in, and delivery).
  • Build branded websites, apps, and social media channels.
  • Leverage customer and operational insights for business growth.

By using our Service, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

 

User Responsibilities

For Restaurants:

  1. Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that your use of the Service, including menus, customer data, and payment processing, complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Content Ownership: You represent and warrant that all content uploaded to the Service (e.g., menus, images, logos) is either owned by you or used with proper permissions. Online Food Ordering Platform is not liable for intellectual property infringements arising from such content.
  3. Prohibited Activities: Restaurants may not use the Service to send spam, mislead customers, or violate customer privacy.

For Customers:

  1. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., order details, contact information) when using the Service.
  2. Prohibited Use: Customers may not misuse the Service for fraudulent activities or violate applicable laws.

Payments and Fees

  1. Restaurant Fees: Restaurants are required to pay monthly / yearly fees for using the Service. Failure to pay fees on time may result in delayed or denied access to the Service.
  2. Customer Payments: Customers do not pay fees directly to Online Food Ordering Platform but are responsible for paying restaurants for orders.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds for Service fees will only be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customizations or additional services are non-refundable.

Licensing and Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: The Service, including all source code, software, databases, trademarks, and graphics, is the proprietary property of Online Food Ordering Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
  2. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Reverse-engineer or hack the Service.

Termination of Use

  1. Restaurant Termination: Non-payment or violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of a restaurant’s account.
  2. Customer Termination: Customers violating these Terms may have their access revoked.
  3. Data Retention: Upon termination, we reserve the right to delete all associated data after 90 days.

Limitation of Liability

  1. General Limitation: Online Food Ordering Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
  2. Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service within the last 1 month.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Food Ordering Platform, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
